Refund policy

At Expat Teacher's Lounge, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Because of the nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before buying.

Digital products. All of our guides, tools, checklists, matrices, and templates are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the immediate delivery and easily copyable nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and the download has been made available. We encourage you to read each product description carefully, and to review any previews or mockups, before completing your purchase.

Coaching and strategy sessions. For 1-on-1 coaching and strategy sessions, we require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked session. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend a scheduled session, the session is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.

Technical issues. If you experience a technical problem, such as not receiving your download link within 24 hours of purchase or receiving a corrupted or inaccessible file, please contact us and we will make it right, whether by resending your files or resolving the issue directly.
